Booking conditions

Booking conditions:

1. Reservations can be made by:
   a) telephone order of stay, confirmed by email correspondence specifying the conditions of the reservation made
   b) sending an order for the stay in electronic form (e-mail)
   c) making an automatic reservation via the system at www.dwmagnolia.pl
2. After booking in accordance with the procedure described above, the property will send a confirmation message to the email address provided by you.
3. A prerequisite for making a legally binding reservation is the payment of 40% of the total value of the booked stay by the guest.
4. The deposit in question should be paid to the Account of the Facility in the form of a bank transfer, cash or in the form of a credit card charge.
5. The deposit should be paid within 7 days from the date of booking or within the date specified on the submitted document confirming the reservation.
6. The date of prepayment is considered to be the date of credit of the bank account.

1. The title must indicate the name of the booking person and the date of stay.
2. Willingness to receive a VAT invoice for the business activity carried out together with the provision of the TIN should be reported to recepcja@dwmagnolia.pl before paying the deposit
3. The remaining amount payable at the property upon accommodation. In case of non-payment within the specified period or lack of funds on the credit card, the reservation will be canceled.
4. Payment can be made in cash or by credit card.
5. When making a reservation, you accept the terms and conditions.

Terms of cancellation:

1. Cancellation requires written form.
2. In case of Cancellation, the deposit remains at the Property. Cancellations involve the loss of the full amount of the deposit paid.
3. After the customer notifies the change of the booking date, the property may offer to transfer the deposit to another date, up to three months from the date of the first booking.
4. Changing the date of stay referred to in point 3 - depends on the individual assessment of the situation by the facility and the possibility of making a change, depending on the current availability of seats. The property stipulates that changing the date of stay must not expose the object to losses, and the customer's demand to change the date of stay does not bind the object in any way.
5. In case of shortening the stay by the client, the facility does not reimburse the costs of unilateral withdrawal from the concluded contract.
